This document has been prepared within the framework of the disclosure obligation under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) for users in Turkey.

• Processed categories: identity/communication (email, name), security (IP), user actions (room memberships, messages, reports, stars), preferences (language, notifications).
• Legal bases: performance of contract, legitimate interest, consent (e.g. notifications) and legal obligations.
• Retention: deleted/anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure; statutory retention periods apply.
