Delete Account

To delete your account, use Profile > Delete Account within the app.

For security, identity verification may be required. This action is irreversible.

Steps

In the app: go to Profile > Delete Account and confirm.
If identity verification is requested, follow the instructions.

Data Deleted and Retained

Your account and related data are deleted/anonymized (except where legally required).
User photos are automatically removed within 7 days for security purposes.
Messages and room records may be retained for a reasonable time to detect abuse.
Statutory retention periods apply.
